Dome Cafe in Hedland is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager. We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage a shift, and has the ability to close the venue. All while working with a large team, in a fun, busy and idyllic location.

About the role
Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
Ability to close the venue
Lead a dynamic and motivated team
To handle all online and phone bookings
Experience in allocating seating to include multiple sittings
Exceptional cleanliness control for the restaurant
Ability to handle enquires for restaurant groups including weddings
Ability to assist the chefs and front of the house staff in food ordering




Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

Solid understanding of food and beverages
Positive can-do attitude
Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
