About Our Client:

Our client is a trusted name in the construction and manufacturing industry, delivering high-quality frame and truss solutions to residential and commercial projects.

Roster
Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 3.30pm
Friday 6.00am 12.00pm

What you will be doing:
Assist in the assembly of timber and steel wall frames and roof trusses
Measure, cut, position and secure framing components according to plans
Operate hand tools, power tools and assembly equipment safely
Load, unload and move materials around the workshop and site
Read and interpret basic construction drawings and job specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure frames and trusses meet required standards
Stack, label and prepare completed frames and trusses for delivery
Support production teams to meet daily manufacturing and delivery deadlines
Assist with general factory and yard labouring duties as required

What you will need:
Drivers Licence + reliable transport
Previous experience in a labouring, construction, manufacturing or frame & truss setting (desirable)
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively




Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
Ability to read and interpret basic plans, measurements and job instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace and meet deadlines
Basic measuring and mathematical skills
