Telum Workmates Group is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our team and work across a range of major civil and infrastructure projects throughout South West & West Sydney.

If you're experienced on civil sites, enjoy hands-on work and want consistent hours with reputable contractors, we want to hear from you.

About the Roles

n

n
Manual excavation and trenching
n
Installing and laying conduits, pipes and services
n
Assisting operators with civil works
n
Using hand and power tools
n
Concrete cutting and breaking
n
General site clean-up and labouring
n
Assisting with formwork, concreting and reinstatement
n
Spotting plant and assisting trades
n
Following SWMS and site safety procedures
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for people who are:

n

n
Experienced civil labourers or have relevant construction experience




n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to work
n
Able to work effectively as part of a team
n
Safety-focused and switched on
n
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
n
Hold a Construction White Card
n
Additional tickets such as roller and compactor tickets are highly regarded but not essential.
