Stepping into this role, you will lead our kitchen over the weekend, dedicated to ensuring our residents enjoy delicious, nutritious, and high-quality meals within a warm, community-centered setting. For our residents, exceptional food is frequently the highlight of their day, as we truly believe it is one of life's greatest pleasures.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Kitchen: Managing the meal service.
Catering to Everyone: Preparing standard menus alongside specialized textures and dietary requirements with dignity and care .
Quality Control: Ensuring every plate that leaves the pass meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
Compliance: Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety records.
Teamwork: Working alongside a small, dedicated team to create a calm, effective service.
