Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join a busy and growing production team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands‐on work and is looking for a long‐term chance. Full training in screen printing will be provided.

About the Role

n

n
Assisting with machine setup and production runs
n
Loading and unloading garments from the printing machine
n
Monitoring print quality and completing quality checks
n
Preparing inks and screens for production
n
Cleaning machines and equipment
n
Completing production paperwork
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
n
Assisting with general production duties as required
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
n
Willingness to learn screen printing – full training provided
n




Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
n
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Availability for an immediate start
n
