Job Description

cohealth is seeking a Harm Reduction Worker on a 0.8 FTE, fixed-term 12-month contract to deliver outreach and practical support to people affected by substance use. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, person-centred care and connect clients to relevant services.

The role involves a 7-day roster including a Wednesday shift and weekend work may be available. Generous salary packaging, superannuation, and staff support are offered.
