Bakery Production Worker

We are a growing artisan bakery looking for reliable and motivated Bakery Production Woker to join our central production team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products, including breads and pastries.
Weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Shape, proof, bake, and package products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work workplace.
Follow food safety and quality control procedures.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in a bakery or food production workplace is preferred but not essential.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work early morning, weekend, or rotating shifts when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
