Job Description

Metricon Homes, a leading Australian home builder, is seeking a People (HR) Advisor for its Head Office in Notting Hill, VIC. You will provide practical HR guidance to employees and leaders, empowering managers to build capability and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include policy interpretation, performance management, grievance handling, employee engagement, and talent management. A minimum of two years in HR advisory and a tertiary HR qualification are required.
