We are recruiting multiple operators to manage the daily pellet mill operations, ensuring productive and secure production processes, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production operation of mill
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery as required
Liaise with management to continuously improve operational efficiency
Work standard business hours as required for mill operations

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the milling, stockfeed or agricultural manufacturing sector is highly desirable
Comparable experience in industrial production or operations management will be considered with training provided
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery and feed processing equipment
Physically fit, hands-on, and ready to be part of a hardworking and supportive team

Salary 65k/73k based on experience and skills

Australian citizens and permanent residents will have priority.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
