About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Gardener who takes real pride in their work. You’ll be the person newer team members look to for how it’s done — delivering consistently high-quality maintenance, clean-ups and garden improvements, while helping raise the standard across the crew. This is a hands-on production role, not a management position — we want you out there doing excellent work, not stuck behind a desk.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver work that meets Green Edge’s high standards, every time

• Complete recurring maintenance, clean-ups and garden improvements

• Keep every job site looking sharp and presentation-perfect

• Spot horticultural issues early and recommend the right fix

• Communicate professionally and build excellent relationships with clients

• Flag concerns and prospects as they come up

• Represent Green Edge with pride in everything you do

• Help train and mentor newer gardeners

• Demonstrate correct techniques and lead by example

About you

• You look after your gear like it’s your own

• You follow safety procedures without needing to be told

• You report issues promptly, before they become bigger problems
