Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial Design & Construct projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from design through to construction and handover.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Oversee programme, procurement, commercial performance, risk, and stakeholder management.
Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and innovative project solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
10+ years' project management experience within construction.
Strong background delivering Design & Construct projects.
Experience on industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure, or heavy structural projects.




Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices, contracts, and building regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project programmes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
