About the role

You'll be on the floor with customers from the moment they walk in — helping them choose a look, taking measurements, booking fittings, and making sure every hire goes out and comes back the way it should.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming customers and understanding what their event calls for
Recommending suits, tuxedos, shirts and accessories to suit the occasion, fit and budget
Measuring and fitting customers, and coordinating alterations
Managing hire bookings, deposits, pick-ups and returns
Keeping stock tidy, tracked and floor-ready
Handling phone and email enquiries
General store presentation and housekeeping

About you
Previous retail experience (essential)
Menswear, formalwear or tailoring experience (a definite bonus, but we'll train the right person)
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
A friendly, professional manner and genuine interest in helping people look their best
Attention to detail — sizes,



dates and bookings matter in this business
Reliability, and the ability to work independently in a small team
