About the role

G&H; Property Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing agency in Murray Bridge, SA. This is a full-time position offering a varied role across property management, leasing and residential sales.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Sales Director, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio, leasing, inspections and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Property Management & Leasing
Conducting inspections
Leasing vacant properties and managing applications
Assisting with tenant enquiries and day-to-day tenancy matters
Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
Assisting with maintenance and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
Supporting rent collection and arrears
Leases, renewals and tenancy documentation
General property management administration

Sales Support
Conducting inspections
Assisting with property listings and sales documentation
Coordinating photography, advertising, signage and marketing
Assisting with buyer and vendor enquiries
Maintaining buyer records and the CRM
Assisting with prospecting and database management
General support to the Sales Director from listing through to settlement

What we're looking for




Previous real estate or property management experience is desirable
A relevant real estate qualification
Solid organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional and customer-focused approach
Good computer and administrative skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
