THE ROLE

Our Magic managers are passionate and focused Captain coaches that mentor and support our team on the driveway.

They make sure teams deliver the Magic difference and champion our customer journey by supervising operations and ensuring things run smoothly. This role is all about driving a fun and energetic environment with quality and precision to consistently deliver pride in our customers’ rides!

Qualities, skills & experience we‘re looking for
Prior operations experience including doing rosters etc.
Worked in a car wash environment before either as a team leader or detailer (not essential)
Prior experience leading and coordinating teams of 10+ people
Manages on the frontline by working shoulder-to-shoulder with team
Fantastic trainer – sets people up for success
Trains by demonstrating and doing instead of just telling
Good at numbers and analysis
Solid coach/mentor
Amazing communicator – clear and gives constructive feedback regularly
Excellent at following process and delivering the Magic standard
Creates a fun, energetic team setting by motivating and recognising the team for their achievements and efforts
