We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Sage Bakehouse.

About the role:
Confident working independently in a fast-paced workplace.
Able to comfortably handle 5–6kg of coffee per shift on your own.
Experience working with Toby’s Estate coffee (or similar specialty coffee) preferred.
Consistently produce high-quality coffee and maintain excellent presentation.
Assist with customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.

What we’re looking for:
Previous barista experience in a busy café.
Robust latte art and milk texturing skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Positive personality with a can-do attitude.
Friendly and professional communication skills.
Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
