Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labourer – Acacia Ridge | Ongoing Work

Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday | 5:00am – 1:30pm
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities

360 Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Labourer for an ongoing chance based in Acacia Ridge.

This role offers consistent early starts with an early afternoon finish, making it ideal for candidates looking for work-life balance and ongoing employment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position with a mix of forklift operation and general labouring duties, consisting of approximately 70% forklift work and 30% manual labour.

Key Responsibilities:
Loading trucks using counterbalance and side loader forklifts
Packing, handling and moving steel poles and materials
Unloading containers
General warehouse labouring and manual handling tasks
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment




Following all site safety procedures and housekeeping standards

What We're Looking For:
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous experience operating counterbalance and side loader forklifts
Experience in warehouse environments and container unloading
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
