Essential Requirements:

• Previous Front Office or Guest Services experience in a hotel environment • Experience using a Property Management System is essential (Mews highly regarded) • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Robust organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work a adaptable roster, including weekends and public holidays
