ALH Recruitment is looking for 2nd Class Welders and Trade Assistants to join a busy manufacturing workshop in North Tivoli, Ipswich.
You'll be working with a well-established Australian manufacturer producing heavy-duty bull bars and truck accessories, with a robust pipeline of production and ongoing work available.

What's In It For You?

Weekly pay
Monday-Friday | 5:30am-2:00pm + Some Saturdays
Early starts, early finishes
Optional weekend overtime available

About the Role You'll be part of a hands-on production team manufacturing heavy-duty bull bars and truck accessories.





Duties

2nd Class Welders
MIG weld steel and aluminium components
Complete fit-up, tacking and fabrication work
Weld and assemble bull bar and truck accessory components
Carry out repairs and modifications where required
Use grinders, saws and other workshop equipment
Read and work from basic drawings and specifications
Maintain quality and production standards

Trade Assistants
Assist tradespeople with fabrication and assembly
Prepare and move steel and aluminium components
Use grinders, drills, saws and other hand and power tools
Sand, grind and finish metal components
Assist with bull bar assembly
Load, unload and move materials around the workshop
General workshop labouring and housekeeping
