Summertime Pools is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Pool Installer & Service Technician to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn a trade, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in the pool industry. You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What you’ll learn
Working alongside our experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of swimming pool construction and servicing, including:
Assisting with swimming pool installations and construction
Site preparation and general construction work
Pool equipment installation and setup
Plumbing and filtration systems
Pool maintenance and servicing
Water testing and balancing
Troubleshooting pool equipment and systems
General repairs and ongoing customer service
Secure use of tools and equipment

Full training and on-the-job guidance will be provided. As your skills develop,



you’ll be given more responsibility and the chance to grow into a skilled pool installer and service technician.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Enjoys working outdoors and doing hands-on work
Takes pride in doing a quality job
Can work well as part of a team
Is safety-conscious
Has a White Card and Driver’s Licence
Is genuinely interested in learning the pool industry
