Key Responsibilities:
Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement activities

About You:
AHPRA registration (mandatory)
Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management




Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities
Both experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply
