Jayco is Australia’s leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles, proudly designing and building quality products at our Dandenong South facility. We are currently seeking Machine Operators/general hands to join our Saws production team on a full‑time permanent basis.

Shift Details
Hours: 6:00am - 2:50pm
Roster: 9‑hour shifts with one RDO per fortnight
Employment Type: Full‑time permanent

About the Role
Depending on experience, duties may include general production and assembly work, operating machinery within manufacturing areas, machine operation and material handling, monitoring quality and following work instructions, maintaining a safe and tidy work area, and supporting production targets and team outcomes.

Skills & Experience
Router Operation experience is highly regarded.




Basic machinery or manufacturing experience is required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
Willingness to learn and be trained across different tasks.
A current forklift licence is highly regarded.
