AKJ Services is a locally owned Darwin construction company delivering a wide range of commercial, residential and civil projects across the Northern Territory. We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance to learn the trade while working alongside experienced carpenters on a variety of local projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist qualified carpenters with construction and installation works.
Learn and develop carpentry skills on commercial and residential projects.
Use and maintain hand and power tools safely.
Assist with measuring, cutting and assembling building materials.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.

Skills and Experience





Genuine interest in carpentry and the construction industry.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to work safely and follow directions.
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic tool knowledge desirable but not essential.
