About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting operational performance, leading large teams and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
You'll work across all aspects of the business, from people leadership and merchandising through to stock management, financial performance and operational excellence, preparing you for future Store Manager prospects.
About You
Previous leadership experience within alarge-format supermarket retail workplace
Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop large teams
Strong understanding of supermarket operations and customer service excellence
Commercial awareness with experience managing wages, shrinkage and productivity
Passion for fresh food, merchandising and operational standards
Confident communicator who leads by example
Sound knowledge of food safety, compliance and workplace health & safety
