Our client is a much-loved women’s lingerie and sleepwear brand seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Armadale store.
Ready to step into Store Management without committing to full-time hours? This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, or an emerging Store Manager looking for a supportive environment to grow.
You’ll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where fit, comfort and confidence really matter.
$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month
What you’ll be responsible for
Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer service
Drive store performance, KPIs and commercial results
Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support
Create a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture
Oversee daily operations, stock processes and store presentation
Deliver strong visual merchandising with commercial judgement

What we’re looking for
An experienced ASM ready to step into Store Management, or an emerging SM with the maturity and confidence to lead
A polished, approachable and hands-on retail leader
Someone who genuinely connects with customers and understands the importance of fit, comfort and personalised service
Robust commercial awareness and experience working to KPIs
A natural coach who enjoys developing and motivating a team
Strong operational, stock management and visual merchandising skills
Someone who enjoys leading by example and working collaboratively with an established team
