About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Canberra team. Offering $70,000 + Super plus uncapped commissions, you’ll manage a full 360° recruitment desk, building client relationships, sourcing quality candidates and delivering outstanding results. Working in a hybrid arrangement (Canberra-based), you’ll have the autonomy to grow your desk while being supported with the tools and structure needed to succeed. Ideal for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building networks and wants to be part of a growing multi-state recruitment business.

Position Description
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles
Source, screen, interview and present quality candidates
Develop new business and grow existing client relationships




Achieve individual activity, placement and billing targets
Deliver a first-class experience for both clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the Canberra desk and broader agency operations

Position Requirements
Strong hospitality management experience and solid industry knowledge, ideally combined with recruitment or talent acquisition experience within a hospitality setting (such as hotel Talent Acquisition or in-house recruitment)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Must be based in Canberra (hybrid role – regular office presence required)
