The King Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a Publican / Venue Manager to lead the entire operation of a large licensed pub and hospitality venue. You will oversee bar, bistro, events and staff, ensuring profitability and compliance.

This senior role requires solid leadership, budgeting and regulatory knowledge, with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary ranges 80,000–85,000 AUD plus superannuation.
