Capital J Investments in Brisbane is seeking a relationship-driven charter coordinator to manage a growing fleet of luxury yachts. You’ll be the face of the charter program, ensuring flawless experiences for clients and brokers while staying calm, polished and a little playful.

You’ll own the end-to-end journey, build genuine partnerships, manage HubSpot CRM, prepare quotes, track invoicing, coordinate events across multiple yachts, and report to owners.
