An established, modern dental practice is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join its therapy team across Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys having ownership of their patient book while still having strong clinical support around them.
The Role You will manage a varied and established therapy book incorporating:
Adult cleans, periodontal maintenance and check-ups
Children’s examinations and preventive care
Children’s restorative treatment, depending on your scope
Periodontal charting and X-rays
Digital scanning
Whitening
Mouthguards
Ongoing patient education and rebooking

There is a robust emphasis on continuity of care, allowing you to build long-term relationships with patients and follow them through their treatment.
Routine cleans are generally completed independently, while a shared therapy nurse is available to assist with treatment, X-ray processing, periodontal charting and room changes wherever possible.
The practice can also structure and block out parts of the diary to prioritise treatment and ensure patients are appropriately rebooked.




About the Practice You will be joining a busy 8-chair practice with an established team of dentists and clinical support staff.

The practice is equipped with modern technology including:
Intraoral scanners
3D printers
CBCT
Ultrasonic equipment
Contemporary digital dentistry systems

Each dentist works with their own dedicated dental assistant, alongside a shared nurse supporting the therapy team and dedicated sterilisation support.

Hours Tuesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm

Patients generally commence from 8:30am.

We are looking for an OHT or Hygienist who is confident working independently, enjoys building rapport with patients and takes pride in providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care.
You will ideally be comfortable working across a varied patient base and enjoy being part of a collaborative, well-supported clinical team.
