We’re looking for a vibrant, energetic hospitality leader to take the reins of a buzzing, fast-paced CBD venue where personality is everything. Think quick turns, busy services, a close-knit team and plenty happening around you.

The Company, Venue & Vibe;

A well-established Sydney hospitality group with multiple venues across the city, ranging from traditional restaurants to smaller, quick-paced CBD concepts. While backed by a strong and experienced group, this venue has its own personality and a loyal following. The service style is casual and quick, but that doesn’t mean standards take a back seat.
You’ll be the host, the vibe maker. The person who knows the regulars, welcomes guests through the door, keeps an eye on every section and still knows exactly what’s happening at the bar.
What you'll be getting into;
Leading a small but mighty team through busy, high-volume services
Being the face of the venue and creating an atmosphere people want to come back to
Keeping service quick, organised and flowing when things get BUSY
Working across both the floor and bar, you need to be comfortable jumping wherever you're needed
Coaching your team,



setting the pace and bringing plenty of energy to every shift
Taking ownership of rostering, labour, stock, costs and weekly reporting
Looking at the operation with fresh eyes and finding ways to make it even better

Who we're looking for;
Personality is a big one here.
You’re naturally warm, confident and engaging. You love being on the floor, can read a room, know how to keep a team motivated and don’t lose your cool when the venue fills up all at once.
You’ll ideally bring management experience from a busy restaurant, bar, pub, rapid-casual or high-volume hospitality workplace.
You may be an Assistant Manager or ready for that next step!
Strong food and beverage knowledge is important, but we’re equally interested in how you lead and the energy you bring.
