PVH is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead the delivery of best-in-class service across our E-Commerce websites and partner channels. Based at our Head Office in Sydney, this full time hybrid role combines home-based work with regular office days.

You will coach a large team of Customer Care Coordinators, own Zendesk tools, and collaborate with E-Commerce, logistics and IT to optimise orders, returns and customer satisfaction while upholding PVH values.
