Feros Care is seeking a Social Worker to support older Australians with complex psychosocial needs across Australia. This part time, 3 days per week fixed-term role focuses on person-centred care, trauma-informed support and service navigation through a mix of virtual and in-person delivery.

You will assess, plan and coordinate care, advocate for client access, and work with multidisciplinary teams to improve wellbeing and independence.
