AFCA is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management Lead to drive our organisational resilience program. You will lead the BCM framework, ensure preparedness, and partner with leaders across the business to embed continuity practices.

The role reports to Head of Properties, Security and Resilience. You will oversee testing, activation, recovery and post-incident reviews while promoting BCM awareness and capability across AFCA.
