Social Futures' headspace team seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical function across Lismore, Ballina and Tweed Heads. This full time, fixed-term role focuses on youth mental health, supervision, and service improvement to deliver high-quality care.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, implement governance and compliance, and build robust relationships with government partners and service providers while ensuring quality and risk management.
