NextGen HR Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer (Level 2) for a permanent, full time role with a rapid-growing managed services provider. You will handle high-volume Tier 2 requests, communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person to ensure outstanding service.

The role centers on AD, DNS, Windows Server, Exchange/Office 365, Azure, Intune, backup and disaster recovery, plus documenting processes in the knowledge base.
