My Guardian, an Australian leader in aged and disability care, is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our Sydney Olympic Park head office. You will supervise Service Coordinators, manage rostering, and foster a customer-focused care culture.

The full time in office role reports to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate has aged care or NDIS experience, robust organization and communication skills, demonstrated team leadership, and Alayacare experience is a plus.
