Next Hotel Melbourne is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver service excellence in our premium dining workplace. You will engage guests with warmth, describe dishes and beverages in detail, and upsell where appropriate to elevate the guest experience.

Ideal candidates will bring at least 2 years in high-end dining, robust wine and food knowledge, and a polished appearance. RSA certification is required, with WSET preferred.
