Allambi Care in Victoria is seeking Residential Care Workers to support youth aged 12 to 17 in out-of-home care. You will work as part of a team delivering around-the-clock care and building positive relationships with young people.

This casual role offers adaptable schedule (including weekends and out-of-hours), optional part time conversions after probation, paid induction, penalty rates, and access to supervision and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
