State Account Manager - Pharmacy - Queensland
Implement account promotional programs to achieve budgeted sales targets.
Account Management of State Pharmacy Banner groups and ensuring compliance to trading terms.
Develop plans to drive sales growth in bannered accounts and independent pharmacy across assigned territory. Build robust and meaningful business partnerships
Ensure call rate and call frequency targets are met to optimise results in store.
MAXIMISE VALUE OF TRADE FUNDS INVESTMENT
Ensure promotional activity in each account is executed in the trade successfully with a mutual return on investment.
MAXIMISE DISTRIBUTION
Ensure all recent lines are placed in accordance with Speed To Market guidelines.
Continually seek distribution opportunities with the Beiersdorf range at field level.
Review and maximise gradings as allocated by the account.
SHELF MANAGEMENT/DISPLAYS
Working at store level to ensure all Beiersdorf products are presented in a manner to maximise shelf space and position according to our Marketing Guidelines 4.2 Utilise available POS material to drive sales & maximize in-store presence, erect displays as & when needed.




COMMUNICATION/REPORTING
Provide timely and accurate field intel to the National Field Manager.
Accurate and prompt reporting as required.

Tertiary qualification preferred but not essential and/or two years minimum relevant experience in a Pharmacy/FMCG sales environment.
Experience within retail pharmacy will also be considered.
Excellent analytical & negotiation skills.
Consultative selling style.
Solution based approach with a sense of urgency.
Outstanding People and relationship building skills
Ability to work within a team setting as well as a self starter.
