Atain in North Sydney, NSW, seeks an experienced backend engineer with 10+ years of C, Pro*C, PL/SQL, and Unix development to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions. You will lead a small, focused team, mentor peers, and implement High-Availability architectures to meet strict SLA while supporting real-time, 24x7 middleware systems in Linux/Unix settings.

Docker/Podman and Agile practices are a plus.
