About Our Client
An organisation operating in the business services industry, specialising in the healthcare sector.
Job Description
Conduct audits for disability and human services to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Evaluate policies, procedures and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of audit findings.
Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to clients.
Stay updated on changes to regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for quality assurance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:
Solid understanding of disability and human services regulations and standards
Knowledge of the NDIS program.
Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Proficiency in preparing transparent and concise reports.
Good communication skills for working with clients and team members.
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
Drivers licence.
What's on Offer
Base salary ranging from $120,00 to $130,000 AUD, plus superannuation.
Permanent role.
