SME Sales Associate, B2B – Head Office, Tullamarine VIC

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven individual to join our sales team. We want someone with a real hunger and drive to develop new and existing business.

Responsibilities
Prospect for new business in the corporate SME segment.
Achieve maximum revenue with the highest yield possible for your segment.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to generate quality leads from stations.
Ensure sound and seamless onboarding of new SME customers.
Ensure information presented is compliant with company standards and of a professional standard.
Record all customer contacts and transactions daily in Salesforce.
Use Salesforce marketing automation for communications to the SME database.
Generate template‑based proposals for recent SME business opportunities.
Apply profitability analysis of rate products.
Maintain the CRM system daily; compile monthly reports and record sales activities.
Manage contracts using DocuSign solutions for SME contracts.

Qualifications
Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar role or sales environment.
Experience in a competitive business‑to‑business setting.




Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective long‑term customer relationships.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
A full and current Australian driver’s licence.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
