You will handle reactive and preventative maintenance, perform minor repairs and engage positively with residents, bringing a friendly, proactive approach to daily tasks.

We value hands‑on maintenance experience, a proactive problem‑solver mindset, and a clean driving record. A valid driver’s license and two COVID‑19 vaccinations are required.
