We are looking for a highly driven and motivated person to join our team as a Service Manager / Front of House Manager.

As our Service Manager / Front of House Manager, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal/General Manager and join a dynamic and supportive management team. This management role incorporates a robust focus on workshop efficiency and productivity, whilst maintaining a strong team culture and delivering our customers a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturer and OEM Relations
Management of Service Advisors




Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

The suitable candidate will possess the following skill set:
A friendly, confident manner and outgoing personality
Very Strong Customer Focus
Solid organisational and time management skills with an attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and support a team
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability and desire to work as a part of a team
