AVID Property Group on the Gold Coast or Brisbane CBD seeks an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will estimate costs for built-form projects, read plans, and support budget reporting to keep programs on track.

You'll use Bluebeam, Databuild, PROCURE and Voyager to price trades, monitor schedules, and advise forecast build costs. A trade certificate is desirable; 7+ years' experience preferred; team-oriented culture and learning advantages included.
