Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager for Chelsea Parkside Care Community in Chelsea, Victoria. This hands-on leadership role will guide the clinical and care workforce to deliver secure, high-quality, person-centred care in line with the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards.

You will report to the General Manager and work with the Regional Clinical & Operations Teams to drive governance, workforce capability and operational performance across the community.
