Heidi is expanding its cloud platform and reliability practice. You will lead a small team of cloud and reliability engineers, own the cloud footprint across regions, and ensure the on-call process runs smoothly.

You will partner with Release Manager and engineering leads to define SLIs/SLOs, improve deployment strategies, and drive faster delivery while preserving availability. This role is in-office in Sydney or Melbourne with global impact.
