Danone is seeking an experienced HR Manager - Operations to join the Kiewa manufacturing site in Victoria. You will partner with senior leaders, lead the Site HR agenda and drive engagement, capability and performance while ensuring compliant HR practices.

You will oversee a Site Administrator, work with Australia & NZ stakeholders and report to the Head of HR, DSDA, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
