Define scalable, secure, and reusable Pega architecture aligned with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.
Review solution designs, application architecture, and code quality.
Drive Pega best practices, performance optimization, and integration standards.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.
Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.

Key Skills & Experience:
Solid hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega Infinity .




Robust experience in Pega architecture, application design, and enterprise integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging, and external system integrations .
Solid understanding of Pega case management, workflows, security, and performance tuning.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
