ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

This is a commercially focused finance role suited to someone who thrives in an SME setting and enjoys building financial models and insight from the ground up. You will work closely with senior leadership and the CFO, providing commercial clarity and forward-looking analysis to support innovation and growth.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
Build, maintain and enhance 3-way forecasting models across multiple revenue streams
Develop and maintain pricing models to support commercial decision-making
Deliver explicit,



commercial insights to support business and investment decisions
Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
Partner with operational leaders to provide meaningful commercial insights and cross-functional workflows
Improve profitability analysis through stronger structuring of financial data
Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting

REQUIREMENTS
CA/CPA qualified, or equivalent commercial finance experience
Experience in a commercial finance, FP&A;, or senior finance role, ideally within an SME or growth environment
Experience with Xero is a distinct advantage
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights
Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, evolving organisation
Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Confident communicator able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
