Job Description:

Our client is seeking an accomplished Small Animal Lead Veterinarian to guide the clinical direction of a recently renovated practice while remaining actively involved in a varied medical and surgical caseload. This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys mentoring colleagues, strengthening clinical standards, introducing current services, and helping shape the continued development of a well-established practice with a loyal client base.

The position offers significant autonomy to influence clinical processes, support the growth of the veterinary team, and develop new ideas that enhance patient outcomes and client experience. Solid surgical capability will be particularly valued, alongside confident communication, approachable leadership, and a genuine interest in creating an engaged and high-performing clinical environment.

Qualifications Needed:
Veterinary degree recognised for registration to practise in Australia
Strong general practice clinical skills with particular confidence and interest in surgery
Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide,



and develop veterinary colleagues
Excellent client communication and relationship-building capabilities
Progressive approach to clinical improvement and practice development
